Our Trade Engagement Process

Step 1: Institutional Inquiry

Interested buyers must submit an inquiry via our official website or corporate email, including:

  • Company legal name
  • Country of incorporation
  • Intended purchase volume
  • Delivery destination

Step 2: Buyer Verification & KYC Review

All buyers undergo a compliance review, which may include:

  • Corporate registration documents
  • UBO declaration
  • Proof of operational capacity
  • Sanctions & risk screening

This process protects both parties and ensures lawful trade execution.

Step 3: Commercial Alignment

Upon successful verification, we review:

  • Quantity & purity specifications
  • Delivery terms (CIF / FOB, subject to approval)
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Timeline feasibility

Pricing discussions occur only after this stage.

Step 4: ICPO & Supporting Documents

Verified buyers may be requested to submit:

  • ICPO on official letterhead
  • Proof of funds (bank-issued)
  • Compliance declarations

No seller documentation is released before this stage.

Step 5: Contracting & Regulatory Execution

Once aligned:

  • Formal contracts are executed
  • Regulatory documentation is prepared
  • Export procedures follow applicable Nigerian and international laws

All shipments comply with:

  • Export regulations
  • AML/KYC frameworks
  • International trade standards
